If you are outside Europe
Distance is not the obstacle it looks like. Most of what we do travels: the sample comes to us, the report goes back to you, and the audit happens at your plant.

- We can act as your technical counterpart in Europe before your customer’s quality department

The standard
Which standard your customer is requiring, and the class if they have stated one.
The part
What is bonded to what, with which adhesive, and what the joint has to survive in service.
The deadline
When your customer expects it. It usually decides the route more than the budget does.
What has failed
If something came apart, a photograph of the failed surface tells us more than a paragraph.
